The Pro Kabaddi League’s highest-paid player is Pawan Sehrawat


<p>The Telugu Titans paid Rs 2.6 crore for Pawan Sehrawat, who helped India win gold again at the Asian Games. <p>After Bengal Warriors used the FBM card to match Telugu Titans’ offer of INR 2.12 crore, Maninder Singh rejoined the team.</p>
<p>The number of players in the $1 million club increased from four in the last Player Auction to five in this one. In today’s Player Auction, Pawan Sehrawat, Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh, Maninder Singh, Fazel Atrachali, and Siddharth Desai all belonged to the 1 crore club.</p>
<p>The 12 franchise teams received a total of 23 players, with up to six Final Bid Match (FBM) cards being utilized on Day 1.</p>
<p>After being purchased by Gujarat Giants for INR 1.6 crore, the legendary Iranian kabaddi player Fazel Atrachali once again surpassed the 1 crore milestone. Additionally, he kept his title as the PKL’s most expensive defender. Mohammad Esmaeil Nabibakhsh, a fellow countryman of Atrachali, was acquired by the Giants for INR 22 lakh.</p>
<p>Five players broke the $1 million barrier during the Pro Kabaddi League Player Auction, according to Head Sports Leagues at Mashal Sports and League Commissioner for the Pro Kabaddi League Anupam Goswami. After Shadloui had broken Pawan’s previous record earlier in the day, it was quite exciting to see Pawan restore his title as the highest-ever buyer.</p>
